How do I reserve a side of beef?

  1. Choose your side of beef from the store below.

  2. Pay the $100 deposit.

  3. Click the link in this blue box to tell us how to have your half cut.

What happens next?

  1. We'll contact you after the steer is processed

  2. We'll tell you the hanging weight and arrange for beef pick-up.

  3. Using the hanging weight, we'll give you your final cost.

  4. Final payment is due at pick-up.

What is the cost of the beef?

  • Cost is $5.90 a pound hanging weight.

  • Every steer is unique so each steer will have a different weight.

  • Average hanging weight is 203 lbs for a half.
